KNL Logistics was founded. The co-founders dedicate the year to securing credentials, establishing carrier partnerships, and laying the operational foundation to become a fully licensed and trusted logistics provider.
In the midst of the global COVID-19 pandemic, the founding team operates from a basement office relentlessly focused on building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and proving KNL’s reliability as a logistics partner.
KNL crosses a major milestone by moving over 2,000 shipments and hiring its first three employees. This year marks the beginning of operational scale and elevated customer experience.
KNL expands into warehousing with its first major project coordinating the cross-border transport of PPE materials from Canada and sourcing secure storage on both coasts. This marks a significant step in establishing comprehensive supply chain capabilities.
Our team grows to 8 members, and KNL secures a key manufacturing client, driving a substantial increase in freight volume and reinforcing our position as a trusted, high-performance logistics provider.
KNL surpasses 7,000 annual shipments and expands to a team of over 12. In Q4, we acquired a 12,000 sq. ft. warehouse to broaden our end-to-end supply chain services. We also added 25 dry van trailers to strategically reduce customer warehouse congestion and launching our drop-and-hook trailer program for power-only carriers.
